Delivery details

Telespace has established relationships with multiple Freight Couriers to ensure that customers receive the best possible rates. Generally, orders placed before 1.00 PM that have full stock allocation at the warehouse will be processed on the same day.

However, if an order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed on the following working day since couriers only collect on weekdays. If the item you wish to purchase is not available at your preferred location but is available at another store in the same state, Telespace will transfer it free of charge.

Please note that this transfer may result in a delay of at least one business day before your order is ready for pickup or dispatch. Additionally, when your order is shipped, you can track its status through the website. Lastly, it is important to remember that deliveries must be signed for, and parcels will not be left unattended.

Delivery options

Australian Post

For eParcel Registered (Regular/Standard Shipping) within Australia, selected products are eligible for free shipping. The estimated delivery time for Western Australia (WA) and Victoria (VIC) is 1-3 business days, while for other states, it is 3-5 business days.

For eParcel Express shipping within Australia, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days for Western Australia (WA) and Victoria (VIC), and 2-4 business days for other states.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary depending on the specific location and any unforeseen circumstances.

StarTrack

We offer Same Day Courier service in the Perth and Melbourne metro areas only. The cost starts from $11.00 With this service, you can expect your package to be delivered on the same day. Please note that this service is limited to the specified areas and is subject to availability and any specific cut-off times for same-day delivery.

Australian Air Express (AAE) offers Australia-wide shipping, but only to certain areas. The estimated delivery time for these areas is 01 business day. Please note that the availability of AAE shipping and the specific areas it covers may vary.

For Road Express shipping within Australia, specifically for packages over 20kg, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days for Western Australia (WA) and Victoria (VIC), and 2-4 business days for other states.  Road Express is a cost-effective option for shipping larger and heavier items across the country.

Uber

Our Same Day/On-Demand Courier service is available for suburbs within a service radius from our store. The flat rate for this service is $19.00 With this service, you can choose a 1-hour delivery window on the same day or any day within the next 07 business days. Please note that this service is limited to specific suburbs and is subject to availability and any specific cut-off times for same-day delivery.

We offer two options for same-day delivery:

StarTrack and Uber.

·         StarTrack same-day delivery is available for orders with sufficient stock on hand. To qualify, the order must be received on a business day before 1:00 PM. The pricing for StarTrack same-day delivery starts from $11.00, depending on the stock required and the shipping destination. Please note that once we dispatch the order, there may be delays from the courier during busy times.

·         Uber same-day delivery is also available for orders with sufficient stock on hand. To use this service, the order must be received on a business day that still has available delivery windows. It is important to be present at the drop-off destination at the specified arrival time, as goods will be returned to Telespace if no one is available. The pricing for Uber same-day delivery may vary.

We offer an in-store pickup option for online orders.

During the checkout process, you can select this option and choose to pick up your order at the store. There are a few important points to note regarding Click and Collect orders:

1. Unpaid Orders: Once you place an order, the stock will be allocated immediately. If you do not pick up the order within 07 calendar days, the order will be cancelled, and the goods will be returned to stock for sale to another customer. If you are unable to pick up the order within this timeframe, please make particular arrangements with the store directly.

2. Orders Paid Online and Pickup In Store: For orders that are paid online and collected in-store, please be aware that due to fraudulent activity, you will be required to present a valid photo ID when picking up the goods. If you wish to have someone else pick up your goods on your behalf, please make specific arrangements with the store directly.
